I am only accepting payment through PayPal invoice in Canadian dollars.

Payment must be made in full within 1 week of receiving the invoice. I will not start your commission until I receive full payment. If I do not receive payment within the 1-week timeframe, I will assume you have forfeited your slot.

No refunds after I have started your piece. If you cancel your order before I have started, you can receive a full refund.

I reserve the right to reject your request for any reason.

Commissions will be completed within 30 days of receiving full payment. If there are any delays, it will be communicated to you within the 30-day timeframe.

If the commission is a rush order (needs to be completed by a certain date), please indicate this on the request form. A rush fee may be incurred depending on how urgent the commission is.

Please provide at least 3 visual references in addition to a written description. This can be done through reference sheets, faceclaims, dollmakers, official art, image boards etc. The more references you provide, the better 😊

All correspondence will be through email (process pictures, revisions, etc) unless requested otherwise.

You will receive process updates at the sketch phase, lineart + flat colours phase, and the final check phase.

A maximum of 3 major revisions are allowed at the sketch phase (eg. pose change, composition).

Once the sketch has been approved, only minor revisions will be considered (eg. minor lighting changes, colour adjustments).

If any major changes are requested after the sketch phase, extra charges will apply depending on the change.

Please respond to each revision and update from me within 5 days to ensure timeliness. If I do not receive a response within that timeframe, I will assume you approve of the revision/update, and I will continue onto the next phase.

I will respond to emails within 3 calendar days. If you don’t receive a response from me, please feel free to reach out through email or DMs.

The final commission piece will be delivered via email as a PNG file.

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. I currently do not offer any commercial commissions.

Minting or selling the commissioned work as a non-fungible token (NFT) or anything in the form of block-chain technology is strictly prohibited.

Usage of the commissioned work in AI training databases is strictly prohibited.

Only a digital copy of the commissioned work (PNG file) will be provided. You may print a physical copy of the piece for yourself; however, you may not distribute or sell physical copies to others.

As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork created, and may showcase it on my social media / include it in samples for future commissions. If you would not like the piece to be shared on social media or used as a sample, please let me know.

You may share the finished piece on your own social media; however, you must credit me as the original creator and link back to my social media. Do not claim to have created the piece yourself.
